The on-call rota for ENT is shared with middle grades at Basingstoke and Frimley Park Hospitals.
There are 2 "hot sites" - Frimley and Guildford, each with their own ENT ward and ENT SHO/overnight 1st on-call arrangements. The registrar also covers emergencies from Basingstoke, Frimley, Guildford, Ashford & St Peter's hospitals

Guildford acts as the hub for a network of ENT departments including Ashford and St Peter's hospitals

The local area is fairly affluent with many patients being well-read and researched about their symptoms and suspected conditions.
